I am an emerging digital photographer. My recent work focuses on technology, body, and environment. These three systems particularly inform my work— they are simultaneously connected and divided. Considering the interaction of these systems through a political and social lens allows me to create a unique atmosphere of tension in my photos.

My work incorporates strong colors, iconography, and storytelling. When I want something to be jarring, post production editing is important to my overall vision. Through the process, I can produce experimental, often dream-like scenes. They’re pixelated, over/under exposed, hyper-digital elements that would not speak otherwise. My direct subject matter fluctuates. When I go on a shoot, my images are guided by my gut. I am drawn most to the coincidental nature of street photography and the scenes I stumble upon. I make the familiar the unfamiliar.
